February 8, 2010 - So I was wrong.

The Colts let me down in the second half, but hats off to the Who Dat nation. I'm sure the party is just beginning in New Orleans. Say an extra prayer for the safety of Bourbon Street and the French Quarter :)

February 7, 2010 - Pre-Game: Who Dat or Blue Dat?

It's that time again. Today is the 2nd biggest eating day of the entire year (behind Thanksgiving). Oh yeah, and there's a little football game today called the Super Bowl. Being from the heartland it is tough for me not to root for the classiest team in sports, the Colts. However, there is a soft spot in my heart for New Orleans. If you don't have a corner of your heart cheering on the Saints you might want to check yourself. Nevertheless, I think Colts (Manning 335 yards and 3 TD's) over the Saints (Brees 390 yards and 2 TD's) by a score of 34-31. We'll see in a short while!!

Jan. 15, 2010 - Dad

Please pray for my dad "Matt Renfro" this weekend. We had to take him back to Miami Valley Hospital today. He has enough medical issues to fill this entire page 10 times, so I won't go into detail. God knows the issue and God knows the needs. Please lift up dad in your prayers.

Jan. 3, 2010 - New Songs

Over the weekend I had the opportunity to record a couple new tracks. The first track "On Your Knees" is a song I wrote about 2 years ago, but never got it down on a digital track. The second song I wrote for my dad is titled "From Where You've Been".

Jan. 1, 20010 - Welcome To A New Decade

God is awesome. We have survived so much in the past 10 years. To think about my own life; I went from Junior High School to teaching High School. I also went from singing in choir and playing the drums at church to making 6 different albums and traveling the country singing for the King.I pray the next 10 years are this exciting!!! God bless you in 2010!
